Brenna Schroeder
Brenna supports clients between the ages of 9 to 90 who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression. She has a special interest in working with those who have difficulty adjusting to life transitions such as sustaining significant injuries, chronic pain, retirement, transitioning from school to work and experiencing the breakdown of the family unit.
Growing up as a child Brenna wasn’t academically strong, which was pretty tough. She later found out that this was due to auditory processing issues. Realising that many others might also have such processing difficulties, she decided to use her lived experience with this to become and be a Psychologist that could deliver mental health support in a way that would be easier to understand and implement for her clients.
Having the first-hand experience that we all learn and process things differently, Brenna is known for my creative approach by being able to adapt what she does as a Psychologist in order to fit each person’s individual learning styles, age and interests.
